Great breakfast with plenty of choices, spacious rooms, free shuttle to theme parks, indoor and outdoor pool, convenient location.
Felt very well taken care of, nothing too much trouble.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff, especially Andrea, was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile. We were able to check in early and unwind after our early arrival, thanks to their flexibility. The housekeeping staff was kind and helpful, always ensuring our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and afternoon "dinner" snacks were delicious and more than what we expected. The bartender made great drinks and the availability of a microwave and fridge in the room was very helpful. The location was perfect, close to Universal and various shops.
No issues to report, everything exceeded our expectations.

stayed at the drury inn and it was super clean and updated. every staff member was nice and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and at home. the pool and spa were perfect for relaxation, especially during a peaceful time for me and my dad. the free buffet breakfast and dinner, along with the 3 complimentary drinks, made our stay feel like a home away from home. the hotel's location was convenient for visiting Universal and Disney, with a free shuttle to Universal and just a short Uber ride to Disney. overall, a well-run hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, and great amenities.

We were impressed with the free evening kickback at Drury Inn with complimentary dinner and drinks, including alcohol. It was a pleasant surprise and saved us money. The pool was clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing break after a day at the theme park. The free shuttle service to Universal Studios was convenient, although the waiting time could be improved. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
